About ESTO

Founded in 2017, we are a fast-growing fintech company on a mission to make shopping and financial decisions effortless. By combining smart technology with customer-first thinking, we enable people to pay flexibly and businesses to grow faster.

As a team, we value ambition, ownership, and constant improvement. We move fast, think big, and build solutions that make a real impact on everyday lives.

About the role:

ESTO is hiring an Offline Store Partnership Manager for Lithuania - a field-based role managing our offline retail network, relationship-driven, hands-on training, and data-informed growth. Great fit for someone who's equal parts people-person and analyst, comfortable on the road and behind a dashboard.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own your merchants

- You'll be in charge of every physical store in Lithuania where ESTO is offered.
- You'll call and visit store owners to find out why some aren't using ESTO much (or less than before) - then fix it.
- Your goal: grow sales every single month.

  • Train and support stores

- Visit stores to check how they're doing and train staff on the spot.
- Onboard new merchants and give them everything they need to get started.
- For smaller stores, you'll send updated materials and train cashiers over video call.
- Make sure every cashier knows how to use ESTO and has the right promo materials - lots of big stores already have the equipment but aren't using it enough, and that's the gap you'll close.

  • Run the bonus program

- Manage cashier bonus payouts and run cashier competitions.

  • Track and report results

- Own the offline sales dashboard
- Dig into the data: compare store traffic to actual ESTO usage, figure out why applications get rejected, and suggest other ESTO products that could help.
- Weekly: report your visit plans, what worked (and what didn't).
- Monthly: summarize which stores improved, which didn't (and why), and what changes could boost approval rates.

What We Expect:

  • Fluent Lithuanian with strong communication skills - you'll be teaching cashiers how ESTO works.

  • Good people skills - you'll work closely with merchants and store staff.

  • Solid organizational skills to plan visits and manage your own schedule.

  • Sharp analytical thinking to spot problems and suggest fixes.

  • Willingness to travel around Lithuania.

  • Driving license required (company car provided).

Why You'll Love Working Here

• 20 days annual leave + public holidays + your birthday off, always
• Hybrid work with flexible hours
• Paid sick leave + 3 wellbeing days
• Modern, pet-friendly office in the heart of Vilnius
• Fully stocked kitchen: snacks, fruit & drinks
• Collaborative, multicultural team
• Regular events & offsites
• Room to bring ideas and make real impact
