Offshore Ships/Research Vessel - Bosun

CSM Indonesia is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our offshore expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATION Lead the deck ratings team and supervise deck maintenance. Support the officers in mooring/unmooring, Anchoring, cargo operations, and ensures implementation of safety procedures during work activities. Holder of a valid COC (STCW Reg II/5) with verification. Holder of valid STCW certifications required for the position. Experienced in multicultural environments with leadership skills. Proficiency in spoken English language with safety-focused mindset. VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience requirements of 3 years on Cable Layers / Pipe / MPSV/ DSV vessels.
