Role Description

We are looking for a full-time remote Recruiter to join our internal team and run the candidate side of our placement pipeline. You will source, screen, and interview nearshore candidates across a wide range of roles, then present the best of them to our U.S.-based clients. You'll work in LinkedIn, job boards, and our internal CRM, and you need to be a strong judge of both skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open client roles through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, our boots on the ground contacts and our existing candidate database
• Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who actually match the role requirements
• Conduct first-round screening interviews via video call, assessing skills, experience, and English proficiency
• Write and publish job postings for new client roles
• Coordinate interview scheduling between shortlisted candidates and clients
• Keep the candidate pipeline updated in our CRM so every applicant has a clear status
• Maintain an active bench of pre-vetted candidates for our most commonly requested roles
• Report weekly on pipeline health: open roles, candidates in process, and time-to-fill

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or BPO)
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates for remote or offshore positions
• Strong interviewing skills — you can tell the difference between a polished talker and a real performer
• Excellent written and spoken English; you'll be interviewing candidates and communicating with U.S. clients daily
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini in your workflow
• Organized and self-managed — you'll be running multiple open roles at once
• Clear communication and reporting skills
