Job Overview Oliver Wyman is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our North American Experienced Hire Recruiting team, based in our Mexico City office. The team supports consultant recruiting across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end recruiting process, including resume management, interview scheduling and logistics, meeting and room coordination, candidate travel arrangements as needed, expense processing, and offer preparation. As an integral member of the recruiting team, you will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and help deliver a seamless, professional, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and business leaders across multiple cities, countries, and time zones, ensuring clear communication and effective coordination throughout the recruiting process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to remain composed and responsive under pressure. Key Responsibilities Coordinate a high volume of interviews and related logistics, including video conferences, office visits, phone screens, and debrief meetings. Provide timely, professional, and responsive communication to candidates throughout the recruiting process. Support recruiters with the preparation and distribution of offer letters and the collection of new-hire documentation. Build and maintain strong working relationships with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and other key stakeholders. Manage a high volume of candidate activity, scheduling requests, and competing priorities. Coordinate candidate travel and expenses, as needed. Support additional recruiting initiatives, projects, and administrative responsibilities as assigned. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of experience supporting a recruiting or talent acquisition team, or 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience within management consulting, financial services, or another professional services environment is preferred. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred. Working knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures, and applicable employment practices is a plus. Skills and Attributes Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong calendar management and scheduling skills. Ability to effectively manage both individual and shared team inboxes. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines. Fluency in English.
