Role Description The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin, with flexibility for some work from home. In this position, the specialist guides new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup of their Borradh.io accounts and tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting onboarding calls, configuring platform settings, training clients on features, and answering questions about workflows and best practices. The role also involves gathering client requirements, documenting processes, monitoring early usage, and identifying opportunities to optimize the client experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to build trust and clearly explain platform features.
• Candidates should possess Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding skills to plan, execute, and refine structured onboarding journeys.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret client data, spot trends, and recommend improvements to onboarding and usage.
• Relevant experience in SaaS, marketing technology, or customer success is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple client onboarding projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using CRM or onboarding tools, documenting processes, and creating simple training resources or FAQs.
• Professional fluency in English and eligibility to work in Ireland;
