Help hospitality venues get up and running with clevaQ

At clevaQ, we're helping hospitality venues work smarter with technology that improves the guest experience and makes operations smoother. As we continue to grow, we're looking for another Onboarding Specialist to join our team and make every customer’s experience with us a great one.

This is a fully remote role, with a preference for someone based in Brisbane or Sydney, as regular travel to customer venues is an important part of the job.

No two weeks look the same. You might spend Monday working from home, running Zoom onboarding sessions and catching up with the team, Tuesday on-site training venue staff, and Wednesday supporting a customer through their go-live shift. It's a hands-on, fast-paced role, so you'll need to be adaptable, organised and happy to switch gears as priorities change.

What you'll be doing

• Own the onboarding journey from signed contract through to go-live and beyond
• Coordinate venue onboarding, timelines and launch activities
• Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions for venue teams
• Travel to customer venues to assist with installations, onboarding and go-live support
• Build genuine relationships with venue managers and their teams
• Work closely with our Sales, Product and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Solve problems, answer questions and keep customers informed every step of the way
• Identify opportunities to improve our onboarding process as we continue to grow

What we're looking for

We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

You'll ideally have:

• Hospitality experience (this one is essential—you understand how venues operate and can speak the customer's language)
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Confidence presenting to groups and training teams
• Great organisation and the ability to juggle multiple venues at once
• A proactive, positive attitude and a knack for solving problems
• Strong tech skills and confidence learning new systems
• A willingness to travel regularly to customer venues, including occasional overnight stays
• A current Australian driver's licence

Bonus points if you've worked with

• Hospitality technology
• POS systems
• QR ordering or digital ordering platforms
• Customer Success, Account Management or Onboarding roles
