Job Overview We're looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new Tribe CRM customers through their first steps, from configuration to adoption, in the Netherlands. You'll run one-to-one online coaching sessions, decide the configuration approach and module selection for each customer, and make sure they reach value quickly. You'll manage several onboardings at once, each at a different stage, working closely with Customer Service, Professional Services, and Sales. You'll report to the Head of Customer Enablement. What's in it for you? ✓ Full ownership of your onboarding portfolio: you decide the configuration approach per customer ✓ Deep expertise in AI-powered CRM, plus webinar and training delivery ✓ European exposure: colleagues across multiple markets ✓ People experience programme & continuous learning Key responsibilities Onboarding sessions : run one-to-one sessions to understand each customer's requirements and translate them into an optimal Tribe CRM configuration (you're always happy to jump on a call with a customer) Implementation : guide customers through the process using our proven methodology, and advise on module selection and best practices for their business Adoption : drive user adoption and track Time to Value, CSAT, and completion, and intervene proactively when a customer falls behind Product guidance : help customers discover the features most useful to their case, and share new capabilities and best practices Training and enablement : deliver webinars and training sessions, and point customers to knowledge base articles, tutorials, and how-to videos Collaboration and handover : coordinate with Customer Service, Professional Services, and Sales, escalate complex technical requirements, and prepare customers for ongoing support Feedback loop : gather and share customer feedback to improve products and processes Who you are Experience : 3+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success in a B2B SaaS or CRM environment Outcome-driven : familiar with Time to Value, CSAT, and adoption metrics, and you use them to decide where to spend your attention Skills : comfortable configuring CRM platforms and running online sessions; experience with business process mapping is an advantage Composure : you stay calm and empathetic when a customer is anxious about changing systems Organisation : you keep several onboardings on track at different stages without losing a deadline Language proficiency : native level of Dutch Language proficiency : full professional fluency in English Hybrid policy : you can come to the Utrecht office three days a week ✦ Ready to succeed and make an impact with us?
