Company Description Upedia Academy is a leading online English learning academy providing live, instructor-led English programs to learners across different age groups and levels.

Upedia Academy is expanding its teaching team and is looking for passionate and qualified Online English Instructors to join us.

We are currently hiring instructors for three different age groups:

• 👧 Kids English Instructors
• 🧑‍🎓 Teens English Instructors
• 👨‍💼 Adults English Instructors

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, interactive live online English sessions.
• Teach students according to their age, level, and learning needs.
• Follow Upedia's curriculum and teaching methodology.
• Adapt teaching techniques to different learning styles.
• Create a positive and motivating virtual classroom environment.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain professional communication with students and the academic team.
• Attend required training, meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Maintain punctuality and commitment to assigned teaching schedules.
• Ensure a consistently high-quality learning experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Previous English teaching experience.
• Experience teaching Kids, Teens, or Adults is highly preferred.
• CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent teaching certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage students effectively in an online environment.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and digital tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for online teaching.
• Strong commitment to professional development.
