Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Online Spanish & Italian Teacher. The teacher will deliver live, interactive online lessons in Spanish and Italian to learners across different age groups and curricula, ensuring clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, designing engaging activities, assigning and assessing tasks, providing timely feedback, and tracking student progress through digital platforms. The teacher will collaborate with academic coordinators, communicate regularly with parents or guardians, and contribute to individualized learning plans. Additional tasks may involve developing exam preparation materials, supporting students transitioning between international curricula, and participating in ongoing professional development and curriculum refinement.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Education and Teaching, with experience delivering structured language lessons in Spanish and Italian.
• Candidates should possess skills in Tutoring and Training, including one-on-one support, small-group instruction, and exam preparation guidance.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, families, and colleagues.
• Fluency or near-native proficiency in Spanish and Italian, with excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or relevant language teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, TESOL for languages, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience teaching in international curricula (Cambridge, IB, American, or similar) and familiarity with online learning tools and learning management systems.
• Strong classroom management in virtual settings, lesson planning skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs and cultural backgrounds.
• Reliable internet connection, proficiency with video conferencing platforms, and comfort using digital resources to support interactive learning.
