Job Description:

Onsite IT Engineer required to troubleshoot 3 offline SpinetiX HMP-300 digital signage devices, including power, cabling and network connectivity checks, with remote support via Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities:

• Verify power, cabling and network connectivity of digital signage devices.
• Identify and report any physical/device issues.
• Validate onsite IT inventory against the provided asset list and update the Validated status with remarks.
• Confirm IT storage room availability, access restrictions, CCTV coverage and authorized access.
• Coordinate with the remote IT team and provide clear findings after the visit.

Required Skills: Basic IT hardware/network troubleshooting, cable connectivity checks, asset/inventory verification, and ability to work with a remote support team.
