What You’ll Do
Every project is unique, but here are some examples of what our freelancers do:
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across a wide range of HR topics (contracts, benefits, leave, onboarding, etc.).
Coordinate and administer HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, supporting proper execution of procedures and record-keeping.
Support employee lifecycle events, including performance reviews, promotions, and contract changes.
Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, offering guidance and escalating complex matters when needed.
