Open Enrollment CSR

We are seeking customer-focused professionals to join our team as an Open Enrollment CSR . In this remote role, you will provide exceptional service by assisting customers via phone and online chat, helping them navigate accounts, resolve issues, and access important information Position Details: Remote 6-Month Contract Pay: $17/hr; Spanish Billingual : $19/hr Start Date: October 5th Schedule Requirements: Must have open availability between 7:45 AM and 10:00 PM based on your local time zone. Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST . Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer calls and online chat inquiries Reset passwords and assist with account creation Upload documents and maintain customer records Help customers manage their accounts Verify eligibility for coverage and review healthcare options Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Provide exceptional customer service while following company policies and procedures Perform data entry and other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications: Customer service experience Inbound call center or phone support experience Strong computer literacy and software navigation skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively Microsoft Office experience is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
