YOUR ROLE

Proficiency in Windows Server Administration is mandatory (OS like 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, 2019, 2022).
Hands-on experience with OS Patching is a must (especially for Windows Server).
Knowledge of Hyper-V Administration is advantageous.
Proficiency in VMware administration, including virtual machine management.
Flexible work model, shift Mon-Fri 22.00h-06h00 (PT Time).
Solid understanding of Security and Antivirus systems is necessary.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience +3 years in IT industry.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge ITIL process and ticketing system.
Basic knowledge of Patch Management and Antivirus solutions.
Hyper-V and Veritas Cluster concepts.
ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge is required.
Good level of English.
