In this role, you'll:
Play an important role in supporting contract-related activities and delivering a positive customer experience. Working closely with team members and stakeholders, this role helps coordinate and manage operational contract tasks to ensure work is completed on time and business goals are achieved.
Support contract administration activities by coordinating contract documentation, liaising with service providers, maintaining accurate records, and preparing correspondence to ensure compliance and timely outcomes.
Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, service providers, and stakeholders, facilitating contract reviews, approvals, and service delivery outcomes through clear communication and ongoing engagement.
Provide reporting, advice, and support to contract managers by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, while contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and systems.
This is an ongoing full-time position which can be located at either Milsons Point or Parramatta.
Attendance is a hybrid arrangement of in person (at least 50%) and work from home. In person attendance is split across the Milsons Point and Parramatta Offices.

About you
You hold a relevant qualification, such as a Certificate or Associate Diploma, or have equivalent experience in a similar role.
You are experienced in supporting operational contract activities and have worked in contract administration, contract support, or a similar operational role.
You are committed to delivering high-quality service in a customer-focused environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You are highly organised, with strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage competing priorities while following established processes.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with and supporting colleagues across the broader team.
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and contract management or procurement systems such as CM21, Ariba, or similar platforms will be highly regarded and viewed favourably.
