If you join our team as “Senior Data Analyst”, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage advanced analytical techniques, develop impactful reporting solutions, and contribute to strategic initiatives that create measurable business value. This role offers the opportunity to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization while continuously developing your technical and analytical capabilities.
If you think you have the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related analytical roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and performance monitoring reports
- Knowledge of Python, SAS, or similar analytical programming languages is a plus
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and large-scale data environments
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver business solutions
- Deep understanding of operational procedures, package-query structures, and underlying data flows, with proven experience in designing datamarts, translating business processes into analytical solutions, and optimizing end-to-end reporting architectures
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance drivers through data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Banking, financial services, or customer analytics experience is a plus

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights
- Develop, maintain, and enhance management dashboards, reports, and analytical models
- Transform data into actionable recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with business units, operations, technology, and other stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide proactive insights into business performance
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep-dive investigations to support business priorities and emerging needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting and analytics processes
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management through clear and compelling storytelling
- Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and opportunities through data analysis
- Contribute to the development of advanced analytics capabilities and best practices within the organization
- Participate in strategic transformation initiatives by providing data-driven insights and performance measurement frameworks
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and fact-based decision-making
