Optimize Procurement Process 🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day Manage procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of raw materials. Releasing contracts / purchase orders. Inventory & Batch Tracking. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. Updating internal databases - maintain updated records of purchased products, filing and audit compliances. Prepare reports on purchases. Catering to creative team requirements. ✅ What you need to shine in this role Educational Background: Graduation degree in any stream Experience required: min 5 years Specific Job Role competencies: Attention to detail Level of knowledge of specific tools: Software Proficiency: SAP and MS Excel.
