Introduction The Operation al Agency Lead will be working closely to partner a Global Business Lead , oversee ing day to day business operations of a signif i cant global client . They will assume responsibility for driving all operational initiatives which will improve process organization , creative and production delivery and overall business profitability for the team . Working closely with the POP & Havas local operatio nal leads , they will ensure consistency across our processes . Mission & Responsibilities First and foremost, Prose on Pixels is a technology underpinned, global content studio business , driving creative content globally through a number of global studios. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in global onshore/offshore models, content automation and modular content origination and distribution . As the key business partner, working with a Global Business Lead to lead a significant global client, t he role of the Operational Agency Lead is to align process and improve profitability across all aspect s of work originating within the US , with distribution needs across a number of global markets . They will t ranslate business strategy into actionable and comprehensive goals for performance and growth helping to implement organisation -wide processes, content performance management, and annual operating planning . This person will partner, but hold accountable a number of teams across technology , finance, commercial and other regional operational leads . They will be responsible for , but not exclusively; Managing full operations including P&L responsibility on a major global client. Extracting the maximum performance from our Adobe tech stack (including Workfront, Adobe Assets, AEM), our onshore and offshore teams and global COEs. Analyzing internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement Design and implement actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in liaison with the wider business leadership, including CEO, CFO and EVP, Operations Responsible for the efficiency of all day to day processes across your teams Work with our financial teams to introduce and m onitor client studio performance with tracking, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Establish corrective measures as needed Maintain and build trusted relationships with clients, partners/vendors and stakeholders Participate actively in strategic and business planning to develop reasonable and thorough r evenue and Ebit projections for annual budgets Work with financial and operational partners to d evelop and negotiate all new partnership/capabilities proposals Lead the ongoing design , implementation and optimization of our client specific delivery and content distribution strategy Lead our scaling models, including fast turnaround talent recruitment and onboarding You will be consistently looking to find further efficiencies and optimise our content creation model Key Skills and Experience Martech/ Adtech Advertising: content delivery, digital, data, tech Strategic planning and business development Decision-making and problem-solving P&L management Revenues scaling Negotiation Strong business acumen Excellent relationships with C-level executives of key target clients and partners Team Management Self-Starter Highly energetic personality – a motivator Critical Thinking Leadership Goal Oriented Interpersonal and Communication skills #LI-AC1 Contract Type : Permanent Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
