Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Crisis Management, or related areas.
• Strong experience conducting and managing Business Impact Analysis (BIA) campaigns.
• Experience developing, maintaining, testing, and validating Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
• Good knowledge of Crisis Management processes and frameworks.
• Experience identifying business continuity and operational risks and defining appropriate remediation/action plans.
• Knowledge of Operational Resilience frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience preparing and maintaining resilience documentation, including procedures, handbooks, recovery plans, reports, contact directories, and recovery solution catalogues.
• Experience supporting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery activities.
• Ability to analyse BIA results, identify risks and dependencies, and present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Experience developing and delivering training and awareness initiatives related to crisis management, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Understanding of different disruption scenarios, including cybersecurity incidents, physical disruptions, third-party failures, and complex crisis scenarios.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive approach and a strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to unexpected disruptions and changing circumstances.
• Fluency in English; ability to work in a Portuguese and Spanish-speaking environment.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ISO 22301 or other Business Continuity standards.
• Experience within highly regulated environments such as banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory resilience requirements, particularly DORA, would be an advantage.
