Operational Risk Senior Associate

Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems. DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: Execute assigned IT control testing to support annual and monthly testing commitments. Perform application and SYS ID validations in line with PRC requirements Support recurring DPA testing to ensure on‑time completion and issue reporting Produce clear, audit‑defensible documentation and reports Your Primary Responsibilities: Ability to independently execute control testing and validation (applications and SYS IDs) Act as a technical expert on one or more applications utilized by DTCC Partner with Infrastructure to identify and deploy optimal hosting environments Tune application performance to eliminate and reduce issues Research and evaluate technical solutions consistent with DTCC technology standards Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Talents Needed for Success: Proven experience in IT and management control testing Strong understanding of technology standards and the PRC library Ability to independently execute control testing and validation (applications and SYS IDs) Strong analytical, documentation, and issue identification skills Ability to manage high‑volume testing while meeting firmwide timelines Effective written and verbal communication for issue reporting Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
