About the Role
The Operational Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the operational stability, usability, and day-to-day performance of the Departure & Compliance product group across easyJet’s airport network.
Operating within a complex supplier-led ecosystem, the role focuses on ensuring departure-critical operational systems, operational integrations, third-party airport systems, and frontline operational tooling remain available, supportable, secure, compliant, and fit for purpose within live operational environments.
Working closely with Product Managers, Technical Specialists, Ground Operations teams, suppliers, and Regional Delivery teams, the Operational Support Analyst supports operational readiness, incident resolution, monitoring, reporting, integration testing, and continuous improvement across the Departure & Compliance product group.
The role combines operational product support, service operations, supplier coordination, monitoring, operational testing, and change support to help ensure operational systems can safely and effectively support compliant departure operations across a network of airports, handlers, and operational partners.
The role requires a strong understanding of airport operational processes, departure workflows, regulatory requirements, and the interconnected ecosystem of passenger processing, departure control, baggage, border, identity, and operational support systems.
JOB PURPOSE
As an Operational Support Analyst within the Departure & Compliance product group, you will support the operational performance, stability, compliance, and day-to-day usability of departure-critical operational systems and services across the airport network.
This role focuses on monitoring, supporting, coordinating, testing, and improving operational products and services within live airport environments, ensuring compliant, safe, and efficient passenger processing and departure operations with minimal disruption.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Technical Specialists, suppliers, Regional Delivery teams, airport stakeholders, and operational users to support operational continuity, compliance, service improvement, integration readiness, and successful delivery of changes into live operations.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of operational support, incident management, and service management processes
• Experience supporting operational applications, systems, or operational technology services within complex operational environments
• Strong understanding of airport and ground operations processes, operational environments, and frontline operational technology
• Experience supporting aviation operational systems and third-party airport technologies within live operational environments
• Understanding of airport operational integrations, including operational messaging, passenger processing, baggage, identity, and supplier-hosted systems
• Experience supporting testing, validation, and operational readiness activities involving integrated third-party operational systems
• Familiarity with operational data flows, system interoperability, and cross-platform operational dependencies within airport environments
• Good understanding of Windows-based hardware, operating systems, and operational device support
• Experience supporting live operational systems where operational continuity and service availability are critical
• Understanding of operational monitoring, observability, reporting, and service health management
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and coordinating operational service resolution activities
• Strong problem-solving, operational triage, communication, and stakeholder management skills within fast-paced operational environments
• Understanding of access management, operational security, and compliance requirements
• Experience supporting operational change, rollout, and testing activities within live environments desirable
• Experience supporting business-critical operational systems within a 24x7 operational environment desirable
• Ability to operate effectively within high-pressure operational incidents and major service disruption scenarios
• Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota supporting critical operational services
• Willingness to travel across the airport network where required

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
• This full-time role will be based in Luton, operating within a hybrid working model
• Travel across the airport network and operational locations will be required where necessary
• Participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota for critical operational incidents is required as part of this role
