We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as an Operations Analyst! Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing, although people in operations roles will often have direct client, customer, or trade ally communication and contact. For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights and identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers using structured analytical methods. Design, maintain, and improve new and existing workflows and business processes to increase efficiency. Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders, detailing operational scorecards and overall program progress. Create automated and robust data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining data sources. Assist with recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts to support internal analysis, audits, and performance tracking. In this exciting career opportunity, you will have… 5-8 years of relevant industry experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Advanced skills in Power BI development, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, etc.) and Power Query required. Must currently reside in Pennsylvania. Target Compensation... $56,000.00-$68,000.00 depending on experience. DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $55,700.00 - $83,500.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
