Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Analyst Fully Remote • Main - The Woodlands, TX 77380 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Travel Percentage Up to 25% Apply Description Duties: The Sales Enablement & Revenue Operations Analyst (“Analyst”) is an integral member of Axiom’s Sales Department (“Sales”). The Analyst will play a key role in building a data-driven sales organization and supporting integration efforts as we scale. The Analyst will be accountable for owning key operational workflows across Salesforce, reporting, and enablement infrastructure while supporting the strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth. Additionally, the Analyst will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Reporting Manager. Essential Functions: The essential functions of the Analyst are to: Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data processes to provide accurate insights on pipeline, revenue, utilization, and sales performance metrics. Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion trends, and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and actionable recommendations that support business decisions. Support the development, delivery, and measurement of sales enablement programs, training resources, playbooks, and content management to improve seller effectiveness. Coordinate and execute sales operations processes, documentation, cross-functional initiatives, and program tracking to ensure efficient business execution. Contribute to sales process improvement, system scalability, and cross-functional integration efforts that enhance organizational effectiveness and support growth. Qualifications Qualifications: The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 2 years with a focus on Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Enablement, Business Operations, or related fields. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work, Light to moderate lifting is required, Ability to uphold the stress of traveling, Regular, predictable attendance is required.
