About the Company

A global logistics leader is building its India operations-analytics team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Operations Analyst. You will turn shipment, throughput, and SLA data into insight that keeps a high-volume network running on time. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Operations Analyst, you will track performance metrics and analyse operational data across the network, giving operations managers the numbers they need to act on.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Metrics Analysis

• Track shipment volumes, SLA adherence, and exception rates across the network
• Analyse route, capacity, and turnaround-time data to spot bottlenecks
• Build recurring reports on cost-per-shipment and service-level performance

Reporting & Process Support

• Build dashboards that operations managers and leadership review weekly
• Document process gaps and recommend fixes, without owning execution
• Support ad hoc data requests from operations and account teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 6 years in an operations-analyst, business-analyst, or reporting role
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with large datasets
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to data and reporting
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to logistics, supply-chain, or transportation data
• Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience building reporting for operations or account teams
