Join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting Professional Services projects throughout their lifecycle. Working closely with Project Managers, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams, you'll help ensure projects are set up accurately, managed efficiently, and delivered successfully.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Creating and maintaining projects in Infor systems based on customer contracts and sales opportunities
- Supporting project administration throughout the project lifecycle in partnership with Project Managers and Finance teams
- Assisting with project billing and invoicing activities to ensure accurate financial processing
- Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Delivery teams, and other internal stakeholders to resolve operational and system-related issues
- Monitoring data quality and ensuring project information is accurate and up to date
- Working with reports and operational data to support decision-making and process improvements
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including the use of AI and automation tools such as Microsoft Copilot
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent English and French (minimum B2 level in both written and spoken communication)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: (working with large datasets, creating and using Pivot Tables, applying formulas for analysis and reporting, basic data manipulation and reporting activities)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, Finance Support, Shared Services, Customer Support, or a similar business environment
- Experience working with systems such as Salesforce, ERP, CRM, or other business applications
- Experience using data and reports to support operational activities
- Exposure to project-based environments would be beneficial
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or process automation is a plus
