We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to help analyze business processes, operational performance, workflows, and key metrics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, improving processes, and supporting informed business decisions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Analyze operational data, workflows, processes, and performance metrics
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and operational summaries
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
- Investigate operational issues and help identify root causes
- Collect, organize, validate, and maintain business and operational data
- Develop spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Track projects, workflows, deadlines, and operational deliverables
- Collaborate with operations, finance, sales, customer support, product, and other teams
- Document business processes, procedures, and workflow requirements
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation activities
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to improve efficiency
- Assist with implementing and monitoring new operational processes
- Entry-Level / Junior / Associate experience; 0–3+ years of relevant experience, including internships
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in Business, Operations, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into practical business recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Fully remote position within the United States
- Hands-on experience with business operations and process improvement
- Exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic business initiatives
- Career growth toward Senior Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Manager, or Strategy Analyst roles
