Operations and Growth Specialist (Crypto/Fintech)

My client, a growing, top class Tech Specialist hiring a Business Operations professional to join a fast-growing global technology business. This is a high-trust, people-operations-first role working directly with leadership and owning critical operational functions as the company scales. You MUST have a background in scaling up a fast-moving Fintech/Crypto organiaztion.

You’ll own people operations end-to-end, including onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, HRIS, salary and option changes, and FTE/EOR administration. You’ll build scalable people systems, support remote-first culture, organise team offsites and manage a physical office remotely.

You’ll also support board and investor operations, corporate administration, vendor and partner contracts, signing processes and recurring reporting.

We’re looking for 3+ years’ experience across business/people operations, corporate admin or legal ops within a high-growth technology company. You should have personally built and scaled operational systems, be comfortable reviewing contracts from a commercial perspective, and have exceptional organisation and follow-through. An AI-native mindset and a bias toward automating repetitive processes are important. Web3/Crypto would be a nice to have.

Remote across the Europe, but you must be able to work US Eastern core hours. Compensation is £160K base + equity.
