We're Hiring: French-Speaking Operations Assistant (Remote)

What You'll Do:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties

Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms

Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing support

Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure every property is guest-ready

Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates

Assist with listing optimization and channel management

Maintain accurate operational records and reports

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required

Previous experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is highly preferred

Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable

Background in customer service or hospitality

Experience using revenue management tools like PriceLabs

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of guest communications
