Metrix Premium Chassis Parts is a fast-growing e-commerce automotive parts company in North America seeking a hands-on Remote Operations Assistant to support our Warehouse, WMS, Shipping, and Day-to-day Operations.

This role requires someone who is highly responsive, technically capable, organized, comfortable troubleshooting operational issues in real time, and availability to work New York, USA Eastern Time business hours is required for this remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Shop, compare, and purchase shipping labels and book freights based on cost and service requirements.
• Provide real-time remote support to warehouse employees and daily operations and troubleshoot operational issues and help resolve exceptions quickly.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot any issues with the company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assist with WMS workflows, order processing, inventory movements, and operational system issues.
• Coordinate with and provide operational support to other internal departments such as Marketplace Categories, Customer Service, HR, etc.
• Identify operational problems and work with the appropriate teams to drive them to resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working with Oracle NetSuite ERP and/or WMS systems is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field are preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English is required, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment and respond quickly to real-time operational needs.
