We provide the legal and administrative framework and handle the full operational lifecycle, from project intake and talent matching to contracting, onboarding, payments and offboarding, so talents can focus on project delivery.

The Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day delivery of client projects on the Fintalent platform. You will work with clients, freelance professionals and colleagues to keep projects running smoothly. This includes reviewing applications, supporting onboarding, communicating with clients and candidates, preparing contracts, processing invoices and helping resolve day-to-day operational questions as they arise. You will receive plenty of guidance at the start and gradually take ownership of your own workflows and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications from finance professionals and help build client shortlists
• Communicate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
• Prepare incoming client projects so they are ready for talent sourcing
• Support the onboarding of new clients and freelance professionals
• Prepare contracts, invoices and payment requests
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and support payment collection
• Monitor active projects and help keep them moving by clearing day-to-day blockers
• Respond to support requests from clients and professionals
• Identify bugs and suggest improvements for our platform and internal processes

What We Are Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, Recruitment Coordination or a similar process-driven role
• Excellent written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new software and AI tools
• A proactive problem solver who enjoys improving processes

Nice to Have

• Startup, SaaS or FinTech experience
• Operations, Customer Success or Consulting background
• Interest in Finance, M&A or Private Equity
