Operations Associate,

About the Job:

We are looking for a conscientious and attentive individual to join our Operations team as the Temporary
Operations Associate, reporting to the Director of Logistics. The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of
experience supporting the operations, including freight management, purchase order management, or
inventory management. This position will support the operations team in executing a successful holiday
season. Exposure analyzing datasets in Excel and experience with Netsuite is a plus.

Our client products are designed and produced to be best-in-class. The Operations team is charged with
providing an equally outstanding fulfillment and delivery experiences to our customers. You will work with
our transportation providers, 3PL, and numerous internal teams to get the job done.
This role has expected hours of 35-40 hours/week.

What you’ll be responsible for:

● Update Available-to-Sell dates across systems to inform Merchandising & Planning on restocks
and launch readiness.
○ Provide “white glove” tracking for priority POs
● Create transfer orders and advance shipment notices.
● Correspond on shipment booking communications (origin warehouse readiness, pickup timing,
ETAs, transit status, etc.)
● Track receipts at the warehouse and resolve receiving discrepancies
● Resolve failed Advanced Shipment Notices using internal SOPs, and with our Business Systems
and 3rd party integration teams.
● Track inventory levels across locations

What you’ll bring:
● 1-2+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management roles
● Intermediate Excel skills.
● Experience interfacing the cross-departmental teams and third party vendors.
● Nice-to-have: experience with NetSuite or similar ERP system.
