About the Role
BeeSpoke Solutions delivers tailored corporate training and professional communication programs. We are looking for an organized, self-directed Operations & Business Growth Specialist to partner closely with company leadership.
This hybrid-remote position provides high day-to-day autonomy, making it an excellent fit for seasoned professionals, career pivoters, or returning parents who thrive in an outcome-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Growth Pipeline (35%)
- Manage inbound prospect communications across Zalo, Facebook, and email channels.
- Coordinate directly with our external performance marketing agency to monitor lead flow and campaign delivery.
- Assist leadership with B2B proposals, pitching materials, and corporate client communications.
2. Training Platforms & Program Operations (35%)
- Build digital learning modules and update online training content via our web platform (comprehensive onboarding provided).
- Proofread, format, and prepare client workshop slides, exercises, and learner materials.
- Structure internal cloud storage, operational SOPs, and job posting pipelines.
3. Founder Support & Operational Scaling (30%)
- Deliver dependable operational and administrative assistance to founders, including scheduling, coordination, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Review client-facing decks and brand materials to maintain strict quality and formatting standards.
- Streamline day-to-day business processes and take leadership over key administrative functions as we grow.
Candidate Profile
- High Autonomy: Strong initiative to spot bottlenecks, resolve issues independently, and keep stakeholders updated without supervision.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional-level written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Tool Agility: Comfortable adopting modern web software, productivity apps, and internal tech workflows quickly.
- Growth Drive: Comfortable engaging prospective leads and identifying opportunities to expand client enrollments.
