This isn’t a passive, data-entry role. This is a high-stakes coordination position for an Australian leader in essential building services. You will be the "air traffic controller" for a busy team, ensuring that every electrical, fire, and safety service is scheduled, tracked, and closed out with precision.

- Client Communication & Inquiry: Responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues professionally across email, phone, and chat.
- Portal Management: Documenting and tracking job completions and ensuring specific client portals are updated in real-time.
- Operational Support: Participating in daily huddles to address priorities and providing ad-hoc support such as report generation.
