Operations & Client Support Coordinator (Remote)

We run a fast-growing holiday lighting company in Salt Lake City. We design, install, service, and take down Christmas lighting for homes and businesses. Our season runs hard from October through December, and we want one sharp, organized person to run the behind-the-scenes work of that season with us.

This is a roughly 3-4-month seasonal contract (October to January), remote, and full-time through the peak. It is a back-office role. You will likely not answer phones or take live sales calls. Your written English needs to be clear, warm, and professional, because you will message our customers on our behalf every day.

Here is what makes this more than a seasonal job. I also run a marketing agency. This role starts as a season, but for someone who does great work, there is a strong chance it opens the door to steady admin work with the agency or a placement with one of our clients. It is not guaranteed, but the chance is real, and it is how I want to reward the right person.

What you will do

• Keep leads and customer records clean and accurate in our CRM and phone system
• Build quotes from our pricing sheet, pair a mockup with each one, and send the simpler quotes yourself
• Set up closed customers: get intake forms done and turn them into clear briefs for our install crews
• Help maintain and double-check the install schedule (we own it at first, you grow into it)
• Send personalized customer updates and handle maintenance, issue, and yard-sign messages
• Coordinate crews, confirm job forms get submitted, and check that every install is logged with a quality photo
• Prep inventory order lists and organize payroll into a clean per-person summary for us to approve
• Close out finished jobs, send and follow up on invoices, and run our post-job review requests

You are a great fit if

• You are extremely organized and detail-obsessed. Nothing falls through the cracks
• Your written English is clear, warm, and professional
• You are comfortable working in a CRM, Google Drive, and AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• You can overlap with US Mountain Time during our workday and go near full-time through the October to December peak
• You are proactive and take ownership without hand-holding

Hours and pay

Full-time through the October to December peak, tapering in January. $1,100 to $1,500+ per month based on experience, plus performance bonuses. Strong performers have a strong shot at steady, year-round work as described above.
