Operations Consultant

At HealthLinx, we connect exceptional nursing leaders with organizations that need experienced interim and transitional leadership support. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Recruiter to help source, engage, and manage a strong network of interim leaders while supporting our leadership services team.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter you will play a key role in identifying and maintaining a high-quality bench of interim and transitional nursing leaders.

Responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified interim and transitional nursing leaders.
• Source talent through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate leadership professionals against HealthLinx standards.
• Manage leader onboarding, including background checks, license verification, reference checks, and documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with banked leaders to assess availability and opportunities.
• Present qualified leaders for interim, transitional, project management, and consulting engagements.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within company databases and systems.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and service delivery teams to meet organizational goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of phone-based sales, B2B sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Professional recruiting certifications or related credentials
• Experience sourcing, recruiting, or managing professional-level talent pipelines
