Operations Coordinator

Supply the market with product (finished goods and visibility items) that reflects the premium brand of Red Bull. Manage the supply chain with its immediate objectives of transparency and efficiency. Plan, execute and finalize procurement strategies for goods and services spend across the organization. Manage key relationships with third party logistics providers and distribution partner(s). Fleet Management and Sustainability reports and initiatives. Constantly define, monitor, and manage appropriate structures for country specific processes that support internal stakeholders as effectively and efficiently as possible. Responsible for budgeting operational activities and monitoring the cost related activities within the logistics and operations area.

S&OP Y PLANIFICACIÓN DE DEMANDA Y SUMINISTRO

• Co-liderar el proceso S&OP: liderar reuniones, análisis, soporte y mejora de procesos.

• Garantizar la disponibilidad constante de producto.

• Presentar mensualmente el plan de demanda y suministro en IBP.

• Asegurar la calidad de los datos.

GESTIÓN DE IMPORTACIONES

• Gestionar la importación de productos terminados (Finished Goods).

• Coordinar la importación de materiales para visitas, merchandising y muestras.

• Asegurar la llegada de los productos según las necesidades de suministro.

LOGÍSTICA Y OPERACIONES

• Gestionar los procesos logísticos.

• Administrar el ingreso de pedidos y la facturación.

• Gestionar operadores logísticos externos (3PL).

GESTIÓN DE FLOTA, INSTALACIONES Y SERVICIOS

• Gestionar la flota de vehículos.

• Supervisar las instalaciones.

• Administrar y controlar los servicios.

COMPRAS Y GESTIÓN DE PROVEEDORES

• Desarrollar e implementar políticas de compras, lineamientos de outsourcing y procedimientos.

• Gestionar licitaciones y propuestas.

• Calificar y seleccionar proveedores.

• Gestionar la documentación de requisitos y contratos.

• Coordinar con HQ y los departamentos involucrados.

SOSTENIBILIDAD

• Crear y gestionar iniciativas locales de sostenibilidad.

• Trabajar transversalmente con otros departamentos de Red Bull y HQ.

• Garantizar la calidad de los datos y los reportes requeridos.

MEJORA CONTINUA Y EXCELENCIA OPERATIVA

• Liderar proyectos de mejora de procesos.

• Impulsar la innovación continua.

• Optimizar costos y procesos.

• Realizar benchmarking interno y externo.

• Garantizar la excelencia operativa.

8. GESTIÓN DE PRESUPUESTO Y COSTOS

• Definir el presupuesto del área de operaciones.

• Controlar los costos operativos.

• Implementar programas de ahorro.

• Asegurar la visibilidad y el análisis de los gastos.

9. CALIDAD Y GESTIÓN DE RECLAMACIONES

• Monitorear las reclamaciones de calidad.

• Buscar la optimización de costos y la mejora de la calidad.

• Impulsar la innovación continua y la excelencia en los procesos.

10. SEGURIDAD, SALUD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE

• Verificar que las actividades operativas cumplan con los requisitos de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento del código de conducta.

• University Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
• Specialized qualifications in Planning and/or Logistics will be valuable.
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in Planning / Logistics / Procurement / Supply Chain, ideally in an FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
• Leadership, motivation, innovation, problem solving, and team skills.
• Advanced in written and spoken English.
• Advance skill in Excel is a must. Intermediate level is mandatory.
• Ability to develop strategies for increasing distribution strength.
• Good skills on others MS products such as Word and PowerPoint are a must.
• Some working knowledge of SAP R/3 is a strong plus.
• Hands-on person who also has the passion for details.
• Logical/ Analytical Thinking.
