Operations Coordinator - Aberdeen

Could you be the person we are looking for to join us as our new Operations Coordinator at our Aberdeen office? We want to hear from you. What would your day at GAC look like? Liaising with logistics colleagues and Warehouse to ensure client requirements are met and in place. To ensure all invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner. Maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensuring accurate information is provided to our clients regarding their material and shipments. Problem solving & critical thinking to optimise service delivery and maximise margins. What are we looking for? Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise. Ability to produce and maintain accurate documents. Experience using Microsoft Office products. A desire to improve services offered to customers by analysing performance and reviewing suppliers. Experience working to tight deadlines and effective time management. Experience & knowledge of the oil and gas industry (preferred but not essential) What’s in it for you?
