We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, tech-savvy Operations Coordinator to bring structure, efficiency, and clarity to daily business operations for a U.S.-based company. This is a key, fast-paced remote role for top-tier candidates based in LATAM.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily workflows to streamline operations and keep processes running smoothly.
• Optimize internal systems, build comprehensive SOPs, and maintain company documentation.
• Coordinate tasks and cross-functional communication between internal teams.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support operational reporting for ownership.
• Improve backend processes and solve bottlenecks to allow the business owner to focus on growth.

What we’re looking for (Key Requirements):

• Exceptional English: Outstanding, fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2 or Native-level required). Perfect, polished communication is non-negotiable to collaborate seamlessly with U.S. executives and teams.
• Systems & Process-Oriented: A natural talent for organization, structuring complex workflows, and thinking in system design.
• Tech & Tool Proficiency: Comfort and familiarity with digital platforms (Notion, Slack, GoHighLevel/CRMs, project management tools).
• Proven Experience: Track record in Operations, Business Coordination, or Project Management for fast-growing businesses.
• Proactive Mindset: Highly independent, self-managed, and naturally inclined to flag operational issues early and bring solutions.
• Reliability: Meticulously organized, highly disciplined, and available full-time during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST).
