About the role

We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage safety cases and support riders and drivers on Bolt's platform in France.

Main responsibilities

Safety case management

• Reviews driver-related safety cases, gathers the relevant information and contributes to fair, well-documented decisions.

• Ensures decisions are correctly applied and clearly communicated to drivers.

• Escalates sensitive or complex cases to the Senior Operations Specialist or Operations Manager.

Legal & external stakeholders

• Handles requests from external authorities in line with legal and data privacy requirements, in close collaboration with our Legal team.

• Will sometimes act as one of the point of contact for driver representative organisations on individual cases, and prepares the related files and meetings.

Rider & driver support

• Responds quickly, clearly and with empathy to safety-related questions and situations from drivers and riders.

• Works closely with Customer Support to ensure safety cases are handled consistently.

Team & continuous improvement

• Suggests improvements to processes and tools to make the team more efficient.

• Stays up to date on the local regulatory landscape and Bolt's safety initiatives.
