OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (50% remote - 50% on site)

We are a Global Financial Group with a strong presence in multiple countries around the world. As part of our continued growth, we are now expanding our operations into the Vietnam market.

We are looking for a Operations Executive (Staff level) who have professional English to work on-site in Vietnam, supporting clients in Vietnam and international.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Provide support to the operations team in the day-to-day running of the business.

● Balancing attention to detail with swift execution - following through our standard SOP while maintaining quality is key.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and to a high standard.

● Communicate with external partners and vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.

● Conduct research and analyze data for operational tasks and responsibilities.

● Maintain accurate records and reports for all operational activities.

● Support the development and implementation of new operational processes and procedures.

● Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

● Oper for FRESHER.

● Fluent in VN and English, in both oral and written communications.

● Possessed skills in utilizing Microsoft Excels. Skillset in Power Query is added advantage.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitasking.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Experience in Power BI will be an added advantage

● Experience in JIRA will be an added advantage

● Willing to work in shifts

Working days: 5 days/week

Day shift: 8.30am - 5.30pm (office working - 2 weeks)

Night shift: 5.00pm - 2.00am (work from home - 2 weeks)

Weekend: assigned by Leader (if have)

Salary range: from USD380 - USD430

Night shift allowance ~ USD150/month

Weekly off allowance - ~USD15/day shift & USD30/night shift

Performance incentive ~ USD100+ (montly)
