The Operations Fulfillment Analyst – OFA, (Account Installation Senior Analyst), plays a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and renewal of group health plans. Serving as the bridge between Sales and Implementation, the OFA reviews, validates, and prepares implementation documentation for Medical, Pharmacy, Vision, and Dental products, ensuring all requirements are complete, accurate, and compliant before implementation begins. Through effective collaboration and attention to detail, the OFA helps drive a seamless transition from sale to implementation. What you’ll do: Review and validate new business, renewal, and maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and implementation readiness. Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to resolve documentation issues and drive cases to In Good Order (IGO) status. Manage case activity within VISTA, including documentation, status updates, and readiness reviews. Validate benefit configurations, legislative requirements, and installation readiness across Facets and Non-Facets platforms. Transition implementation-ready cases to the Implementation Manager for downstream execution. Participate in training, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain expertise and support business objectives. Contribute to special projects and achieve departmental quality, productivity, and service performance goals. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred 2+ years of account management, sales, and/or client service experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive results Excellent technical proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems Proven ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, negotiate, influence, and deliver on commitments Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while working independently and taking initiative Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of Cigna processes, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing, and banking Experience with Vista, ePRO, CIT, and Benefit Summary systems 2+ years of project management and/or account management experience Experience identifying solutions and driving outcomes that balance business and client needs If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 55,700 - 92,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
