BeeSpoke Solutions is a corporate training and language solutions provider. We are seeking a sharp, highly detail-oriented Operations & Growth Associate to work directly with our founders. This position offers almost-complete work-from-home flexibility and is ideal for an experienced professional or returning parent seeking autonomy with opportunities for long-term growth.

• Respond to incoming inquiries via Facebook, Zalo, and email.
• Act as the primary liaison for our external digital marketing agency to track campaign execution and lead pipelines.
• Support B2B proposal creation and client communication.

• Assemble interactive e-learning modules and manage website course updates (full technical training provided).
• Prepare, format, and review training decks, worksheets, and learner resources.
• Maintain organized shared drives, system documentation, and recruitment listings.

• Provide direct executive assistance to founders, handling calendar logistics, personal errands, and administrative tasks.
• Audit visual assets and client presentation decks to guarantee flawless formatting and zero errors.
• Support daily operations while taking ownership of key functions as the business expands.

• Proactive Ownership: You solve problems independently, identify workflow gaps, and communicate clearly without needing micro-management.
• Strong Communication: Professional written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
