Daniel P. O’Reilly and Company (DPO&Co.) is a boutique strategy consulting firm that specializes in rapidly delivering value to our clients. We engage with Private Equity firms and traditional corporate clients on projects similar to those done at A.T Kearney, McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, etc. Additionally, our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services are specifically targeted to mid-market clients to improve any inefficiency in the back-office functions by leveraging labor cost arbitrage and time zone difference. BPO performs several services, including Finance & Accounting, CRM, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, HR, Admin functions, and many more based on our clients’ specific needs. After several successful years and completing over 50 engagements, we have also entered the Principal Investing arena, closing our first deal on a Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing company in September 2020. The team spans globally with team members in Chicago, Puerto Rico, New Delhi, Colombia, Indonesia, and Philippines. Our BPO team has tripled since 2020 and we are looking for new team members who could elevate our team’s experience and skills to the next level!

Positions Overview:

The Operations Integration Analyst is a hybrid role spanning KPI reporting, hands-on program management, and M&A integration for the investment platform. This person keeps cross-functional initiatives moving — clearing blockers directly rather than just tracking them — builds the metrics leadership relies on to run the business, and owns the operating playbook that brings newly acquired companies onto the platform. The role sits close to General Managers (GMs), functional leads, and outside implementors, and requires someone equally comfortable building a dashboard, chasing down a stalled workstream, or sitting in a diligence-to-integration handoff meeting.

• KPI reporting is timely and accurate, and actively drives decisions
• Strategic initiatives stay on track because blockers get cleared quickly, not just logged
• Newly acquired companies integrate onto the platform smoothly and on schedule

Responsibility:

KPI Development & Reporting

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and scorecards across operational and financial metrics for the platform and its business units
• Partner with functional and business-unit leads to define metrics that matter, and ensure data quality and consistency across sources
• Analyze trends and variances; turn raw data into insights and recommendations for leadership and GMs
• Own the recurring reporting cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and keep it evolving as the platform's needs change

PMO — Hands-On

• Run cross-functional initiative tracking: timelines, owners, milestones, risks/issues
• Work directly with implementors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to identify and clear blockers — not just flag them
• Step in to execute tasks directly when a workstream needs hands rather than oversight
• Maintain project governance: status reports, RAID logs, steering committee updates

Strategic Initiatives (HR, IT, Back Office)

• Support or lead strategic initiatives across HR, IT, finance, and other back-office functions
• Liaise with external implementors and business-unit GMs to keep initiatives on track
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete project plans with clear ownership

Acquisition Integration

• Own and execute the operations integration playbook for newly acquired companies
• Coordinate onboarding of acquired companies onto shared platform systems and processes (HR, IT, finance, reporting)
• Partner with deal teams, GMs, and functional leads on Day 1 and first-100-days integration
• Identify integration risks early and drive them to resolution

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 1–3 years in operations, PMO, management consulting, corporate development, or a PE-backed platform/roll-up environment
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience building KPI dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Demonstrated project management experience; PMP a plus, not required
• M&A integration experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging directly with GMs and senior stakeholders
• Self-starter who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel as needed to support integrations
