Role Description The Operations Intern – NBA Basketball School Hungary is a full-time remote role supporting day-to-day operational activities for the Hungary program. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling training sessions, maintaining participant records, and coordinating communication between coaches, players, and families. The intern helps streamline registration processes, supports event and program logistics, and prepares basic reports and documentation. Additional tasks may involve collaborating with the operations team on special projects, monitoring program performance indicators, and contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives. This role offers exposure to sports operations within an international basketball development environment.

- Sales and relationship-building skills to assist with enrollment outreach and participant engagement.
- Foundational operations management and project management skills to support daily processes and special initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in basketball, youth sports, or sports management; prior experience in sports or education programs is an advantage.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in sports management, business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
