Operations Lead

𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆: 𝐗𝐢𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 (𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞)

Are you a natural leader who thrives in managing remote teams? We are looking for a XiOps Leader to manage our growing team of virtual assistants (Xilers) and work closely with our founders to scale operations!

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖’𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒐:

-Lead the Team: Manage, coach, and track the productivity of around 30 remote VAs.

-Support the Founders: Help with payroll coordination, recruitment, and onboarding.

-Grow our Brand: Assist with social media content and business decisions.

𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑾𝒆 𝑨𝒓𝒆 𝑳𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒐𝒓:

Proven experience in people management or team leadership (Remote/VA experience is a huge plus!)

Strong communication and organization skills.

Experience in recruitment, coaching, or basic social media coordination.A proactive, reliable, and analytical mindset.

Sales experience is a plus!
