2. About the Opportunity:

The Operations Manager role is responsible for overseeing daily operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the organization. This position coordinates resources, monitors performance metrics, and drives operational improvements to support the organization’s growth and quality standards. The role plays a key part in aligning operations with strategic goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

3. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to maintain organizational efficiency

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments

• Develop reporting and auditing processes to assess operational effectiveness

• Review performance reports and identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with other functions to ensure coordinated operations

• Implement solutions to enhance operational processes

• Monitor service metrics and recommend process changes

• Propose changes to products or services based on customer feedback

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree

• Five years of experience in an operations-related role

• One to three years of supervisory experience

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn industry-specific software

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace change

• Experience influencing cross-functional teams to achieve results

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• National pay range: $110,000 to $127,000 USD annually

• Bonus pay available; details provided during interview process
