Your role at Conneqtr

Conneqtr is the fastest-growing SaaS scale-up in the construction sector.

‍

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Operations Manager to keep our internal operations running smoothly today and as we scale. You’ll start as an individual contributor, with plenty of autonomy, taking ownership of key operational processes.

‍

You’ll also help shape the future of operations at Conneqtr, with room for the role to grow as the company does.

What you will do as an Operations Manager

• Streamline internal workflows and keep an eye on the tools and systems that keep the business running (e.g. CRM, ERP).

‍

• Improve collaboration between Sales, Support and Development, and track productivity-related KPIs across the organization.

‍

• Own or support a number of recurring processes, for example:

‍

- The customer renewal process, working closely with Customer Success

- Sales excellence: pipeline visibility, reporting and forecasting

- Orchestration of Legal, Finance and HR activities: e.g. drafting a privacy policy, feeding into budget and pricing decisions and coordinating payroll

- Subsidy and grant applications

• Take ownership of day-to-day scale-up life: from helping organize a team building to the odd admin tasks. In short: anything that needs doing but isn't customer- or product-facing.

• Strong project management skills, including the ability to align stakeholders and team members.

• Analytical thinking: you bring structure and naturally think in processes.

‍

• Affinity with AI and technology (e.g. CRM tools, Power BI).

‍

• Affinity with Legal and/or Finance topics.

‍

• A sharp eye for detail.

‍

• A pragmatic, hands-on, can-do attitude, and you're comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Your experience matters

• Experience as an Operations Manager in a scale-up and/or a larger (tech) company, or a consulting background with genuine hands-on experience.

• Experience at organizations such as a subsidy orgrant agency is also a strong fit.

• We’re looking for someone at medior to senior level, with room to grow as Conneqtr grows, and shape the role along the way.

Languages

Professional fluency in English, and preferably also Dutch or French.
