Role Overview As the Operations Manager, you will have the exciting challenge of managing and improving the company's day-to-day operational processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring that different teams across the organization work seamlessly together. You will be at the forefront of building and documenting internal processes, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting management with operational tasks. This is a hybrid role based in Vilnius, Warsaw, Lisbon, Barcelona, or Cyprus. Key Responsibilities Manage and improve day-to-day operational processes across the company and ensure effective teamwork. Build and document internal processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements. Coordinate work between Compliance, Finance, Tech, Partnerships, and other teams. Support management and shareholders with operational tasks, reporting, follow-ups, and implementation of decisions. Identify operational risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies and take ownership of fixing them. Manage cross-functional projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and responsibilities are clear. Support the company during audits, regulatory inspections, and license-related processes by ensuring operational documentation and processes are ready. Take ownership of ad hoc operational projects from management/shareholders and independently drive them to completion. Requirements 2+ years of experience working in a fintech company with an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) or Payment Institution (PI) licence. Good understanding of how a regulated payment company works — operations, compliance, internal controls, and governance. Experience taking ownership of tasks or projects that involve multiple teams and seeing them through to the end. Comfortable working closely with leadership and shareholders — reliable, organized, and able to turn general direction into concrete actions. Experience building or improving internal processes, policies, and procedures. Languages: English C1, Russian C1. Experience in fintech.
