About Incredible Sitters
Incredible Sitters is a growing childcare placement and family support company dedicated to connecting families with reliable, qualified childcare professionals. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day client and caregiver operations.
This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, coordinating people, and improving systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment and can confidently manage operational challenges from beginning to resolution.
This is not an administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, exercise sound judgment, lead operational processes, and grow into a key leadership role as Incredible Sitters continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Family Operations
Monitor open family childcare requests and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate caregiver placements, introductions, interviews, and family updates.
Maintain clear, professional communication with families throughout the placement process.
Identify and resolve service issues while maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
Caregiver Management & Scheduling
Oversee caregiver availability, scheduling, and coverage needs.
Coordinate replacements and last-minute staffing changes when necessary.
Follow up with caregivers regarding assignments, attendance, reliability, and accountability.
Help maintain strong relationships with caregivers while ensuring expectations are met.
Daily Operations & Team Coordination
Track outstanding operational tasks and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Coordinate internal communication and keep leadership informed of priorities and challenges.
Identify recurring operational problems and develop practical solutions.
Help create, document, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support interviews, candidate coordination, onboarding, and caregiver introductions.
Growth & Process Improvement
Help strengthen operational systems as the company grows.
Support partnerships and coordinate follow-up with external contacts.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and service delivery.
Take ownership of projects and operational initiatives from start to finish.
Qualifications
Previous experience in operations management, staffing, childcare administration, hospitality, healthcare coordination, client services, executive operations, or people leadership.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
Confidence handling challenging conversations and resolving operational issues.
Strong follow-through, attention to detail, and accountability.
Comfortable using technology, online platforms, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools.
Ability to work remotely and maintain consistent, professional communication.
Experience coordinating teams, schedules, clients, or service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in childcare staffing, nanny agencies, or caregiver placement.
Previous supervisory or operations leadership experience.
Spanish-speaking ability.
Florida-based candidate.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is professionally mature, dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable making decisions. They do not simply identify problems; they take ownership and work toward solutions.
They communicate proactively, anticipate operational needs, follow through without constant supervision, and understand the importance of balancing excellent customer service with accountability and efficient processes.
We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to a growing company and develop into a long-term operational leader.

About Incredible Sitters
Hi there! I am Brittney – the Original Incredible Babysitter. It feels so good seeing you here! ✨
I’ve loved and appreciated every family I’ve worked with over my ten years as a babysitter and nanny across Miami. I feel super proud on myself about providing reliable services for childcare and change so many parent’s lives.
Every child is unique, that’s why I make sure to understand each family’s and child’s specific needs and preferences. My top priorities are the child’s safety, providing fun and educational activities, and creating a nurturing environment. I also aim to reduce stress for parents and enhance their daily life with quality care. I’ve worked with families from various professions, including attorneys, physicians, judges, nurses, accountants, and business owners. Despite their busy and unpredictable schedules, I’ve helped them feel more relaxed and satisfied.
Incredible Sitters was born from the high demand for my services and the need for more help. I’m now thrilled to have over 100 professional, certified, and continuously trained partners dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Through ongoing training, we ensure every family benefits from the high value we provide.
