Job Overview
London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Housing Register to lead the administration and management of the Council’s Housing Register.
The role will involve managing up to 50 staff, leading Housing Register application, assessment and registration services, ensuring statutory compliance, improving service performance and developing staff capability.

Candidates should have strong experience in housing register management, housing allocations, statutory compliance, local housing policy, service delivery, team management and service improvement.
