Operations Manager – Late Shift (m/f/d)

Your mission We are looking for you, starting immediately, as an Operations Manager-Late Shift (m/f/d) in our Prague office, working late shift until 10p.m.CET, in line with client and business needs. As Operations Manager-Late Shift (m/f/d), you take on end-to-end responsibility for building and further developing a customer service project for one of our well-known clients. You design processes from the ground up, develop scalable structures, and lead several Team Leads along with their remote teams. Beyond that, you see yourself not just as the person responsible for the project, but as an active driver of the ongoing development of our entire Operations setup. Strategy & Process Design You develop operational structures from scratch and define clear, scalable processes across the entire customer journey. In doing so, you identify inefficiencies, prioritize areas for action, and implement sustainable solutions. Project & Account Management You manage projects holistically — both operationally and strategically — and act as the central point of contact for our clients. You always keep the economic goals in view and actively continue to develop the projects. Leadership & Organizational Development You lead Team Leads as well as permanent and freelance employees, set clear targets, establish regular feedback structures, and continuously develop your organization. In doing so, you create an environment where ownership and performance go hand in hand. Data-Driven Steering & Decision-Making You analyze relevant KPIs, derive well-founded measures, and make operational decisions independently. You prioritize effectively and ensure fast, impactful implementation. Stakeholder Management & Interface Coordination You work closely with internal functions such as Recruiting, Training, Quality, and Tech, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure smooth operations. You see yourself as a driving force and connecting interface. Strategic Development of the Operations Setup You actively contribute to the further development of processes, structures, and operating models beyond individual projects, and help scale our organization sustainably. Your skillset Experience & Background : You bring solid experience in operations or project management and, ideally, have already built or further developed structures or processes independently. Strategic Thinking & Business Sense : You think entrepreneurially, quickly recognize connections, and develop solutions that work both operationally and make economic sense. Ownership & Decisiveness : You take responsibility, drive topics forward independently, set clear priorities, and make well-founded decisions even in dynamic situations. Communication & Leadership : You understand the needs of our clients, communicate confidently at eye level, know how to manage projects efficiently and further develop teams — remotely. You speak fluent or native English; every other language is a plus. Structure & Flexibility : You work in an organized, solution-oriented way, remain capable of acting even in complex situations, and adapt quickly to new requirements. You are available to work late shift hours (e.g. 14.00-22.00), in line with client and business needs.
